earth hour

video is somewhat cheesy. anyways, Earth Hour 2009 is coming up...

switch off your lights for an hour at "8:30PM local time, wherever you live on planet earth. Saturday 28 March 2009"

This year will be the 3rd annual Earth hour. I believe it started in Sydney, Australia and became a global event. Somehow I missed it last year. Kids on campus and in the residence halls are handing out flyers and posters are tacked up all over the place here.
